A 20% restocking charge will be charged for all stock items returned to Nevada Rubber Stamp Co., Inc. Customer must pay return shipping expenses.

If a customer makes a mistake on an order that requires customization, example: Trodat 4913 with the customer's address or personal information, the customer will be charged 50% of the original retail price to fix the error, if they return the incorrect materials. Customer must pay all shipping charges related to fixing the error.
